CANCELLATION POLICY
At Ology Canberra we understand your time is important, as is ours, which is why we request 24 hours notice for any rescheduling, changes or cancellations.
NO SHOWS or any cancellations within 4 hours incur a $45 fee (this is per hour for the length of your appointment). The fee is payable prior to any future bookings being made.

The mark up on skin services in Canberra in quite high compared to other parts of Australia, we do however have great relationships with our suppliers and are able to give clients great prices because of this.
We introduced facials by time allocation back in early 2023 as our goal will always be to remain affordable to accessible to everyone no matter their budget.
Skin treatments, facials, LED Skin treatments, waxing, lash & brow services, threading, RF skin tightening and we are always expanding our services. We are lead by what services our team want to offer and are passionate about.
We certainly do! We don't have bride packages listed on our website as these can be totally customised for each brides individual needs and wants.
For example we offer 2 spray tans for $60 so brides can find their perfect colour before their big day. We also offer skin journeys leading up to their big day which includes free products and services.
We do have a few recommendations based on the services you are after, we recommend calling the salon on 62534488 for pre treatment advice.
We are not a spa. We are a results driven clinic with an upbeat vibe.
