Skinology exists for real results, not cookie-cutter treatments. Every skin is different — so every journey with us begins with a proper consult where we assess your skin, discuss your goals and concerns, and map out an individualised plan of attack. No generic “three treatments and done” promises. We build a strategy based on what your skin actually needs, whether that's chemical peels, dermaplaning, or a multiple modalities approach.
Once we know what we’re working with, we create a discounted treatment plan that’s tailored specifically to you. These plans are heavily reduced to make consistency achievable — because real skin change doesn’t happen in one session or from one peel. It happens from sticking with a journey designed for you.
We also believe in finishing what you start. Clients who complete their Skinology plan receive an incentive from us to celebrate the win — often in the form of a complimentary product or treatment. It’s our way of backing your commitment and recognising the effort you’ve put into your skin.
And because we’re here for results, not upselling, aftercare is included. Most treatments, including skin treatments that require gentle products post-procedure, come with the correct aftercare automatically — provided exclusively from Pelactiv (Australian made). We don’t send you home with a list of expensive extras you “must” buy. If your skin needs something to heal properly, we give it to you.
